Create Your Lifestyle Map
Hi, I’m Julia. For 17 years, I lived the burnout cycle — a Master’s degree, a full-time corporate job, building a life as an immigrant in London and New York. The relentless grind drained me completely. Even growing up in a health-conscious family and understanding wellness since childhood — I still didn’t see it coming. Burnout doesn’t announce itself. It shows up quietly in your body, your sleep, your energy, your aliveness.
This Lifestyle Map is not a quiz. I like to think of myself as a lifestyle architect, and I designed it so you can see your own structure — which areas are thriving, and which ones are silently collapsing.
How often do you eat whole, organic foods prepared by you rather than processed, frozen, or pre-made?
